For processing of small amounts, we offer vat pasteurisers. With our batch pasteurisers dairy farmers are able of batch pasteurisation of milk, milk drinks, yogurt, kefir, fruit yogurt, cheese, butter,curd,kaymak, sour cream.

Batch pasteurisers with, or without line-register:

Vat pasteurisers are three-walled, insulated containers, manufactured entirely in stainless steel 1.4301

Features:

  • tripple-walled, polyurethane injected insulation CFC-free
  • cover made of stainless steel, lid in PVC

  • thermostatic operated heating with stop when:
    opening the lid

  • switch box with electronical 3-program control
  • pasteurization program is pre-programmed
    (sensor is in the milk)
  • digital display of the milk temperature
  • mark for stirring on the plotter
  • water inlet WP 50-WP 450: 1/2"
  • water outlet WP 50-WP 300: 3/4"
  • water outlet WP 450: 1"

Remark: Simplified batch pasteuriser is not pressure proof, it is not allowed to use the tank under pressure!
